At the beginning, we should describe the activity. Briefly and clearly, only in a few sentences. It's good when the description will contain only the answers for the questions, for example "Why did we choose this activity?" and "how does it look like?". But the reflection is not only answer for this questions. In addition, we have to think about your reaction. It's good to describe it, show not only your emotion but also feeling [ it's a little bit same but idc :) ]. It just shows us how the situation is important and worth to write or think about. Next step is important too, due to we interpret the experience. At this point we'll try to explain what we observed. Most important/useful aspect of it and how it can be explained. To make it better, we can compare it with others and after that we'll know how similar to or different from others it is. And what is next? Our future plans. Therefore, make a good plan. It should be about what we'll do in the future differently or the same when we'll be in the situation like that. What I have learned? How can I be applied in the future? How beneficial and important it was? It's important to be honest. Everybody makes mistakes and we should understand it. We should improve our abilities and knowledge. Being selective is as significant as being honest. We have to write only about key events or ideas. We don't have to write about everything what took place. Lastly, it's good to look to the future (my cup of tea haha). Think about what happened in the past and how it will have an impact on our future activities or ideas. Remember, we should always see the bright side of things :)
